@manuel Leyendo el artículo, me recordava de los tantos gráficos que corren por ahí mostrando que Andalucia es una de las regiones que mas dinero recibe en comparación com lo que paga de impuestos.
Pero a la vez tengo la sensación, desde hace años, que en las regiones que reciben mas, el dinero no va a parar allá donde es necesario, sinó que acaba en los bolsillos de los ricos. Y en este artículo veo un indicio de que es tal como sospechaba.
