I ask, the European Commission (EC) is condemning here or not, the tacticts and methods udes by the guardia civil* in Catalonia to stope the voting of the citizens? Is this what you mean with "violence can never be a political instrument"?

Journalist2: Basically it's the same question as Journalist1, I'm sorry. It is not clear if you are condemning the violence or not from yesterday (1st October). And if your are not, how many injured do you need to condemn it?
