The tortured people are still hurt, even if all this shit happened 25 years ago. But at least some of them, even after haven get through this horrors, choose to not to shut up and explain, that torture is still a thing.
Finally, once I met on of this people who decided to bring their cases to Straßburg. I would love to send him some comfort words, and to thank him for his bravery, but I don't know what exactly I should say. I wish I could just hug all of them, if they wish.

It wasn't until then when Spain was finally condemned for never investigate the complaints of torture. And I'm not 100% sure about this, but I think they even destroyed evidence about what happened.
BTW, the judge who ordered the arresting of this people, and ignored later the complaints of torture was no other than Baltasar Garzón. The same Baltasar Garzón who tried to bring the dictator Pinochet in a court because of torture and murder, and who later in 2004 the 'Universal Forum of Cultures' in Barcelona wanted to give us al a lesson about human rights.
