When a co-worker told me yesterday to "laugh again", I went even more angry than I was and I told him to "to take a shit".

Today I had a conversation about another co-worker about the issue. While the conversation itself was polite, I didn't hear a single time that the (male) co-worker XYZ "is pretty sensitive and I need to be considerate with him". At the same time, when I was being sexually harassed, I was told I was being "sensitive", and was even asked if I had had "negative experiences" in the past.

And it's exaclty because of this kind of double measure standards that I hope really hard I find soon a new job.
