hey, if anyone has examples or suggestions on a good workplace diversity survey, please send my way.

my work is trying to be more conscious of diversity issues, and make our office a better place. so we need to track where we're currently at, in a way that isn't shitty. i have the ability to affect this directly, so i'd like to take any good examples or advice people have.

@nergdron My employer did something quite disingenuous: They compared pay within a job title, but not promotion rates been titles or what titles people joined the company with. These stats made pay equality look good, because title is the main determiner of pay!

I guess the advice is make sure to look for the subtle inequalities?
